9/10 customers would recommend us to a loved one

The customer is at the heart of everything we do here at Kings Court Trust.  Client satisfaction surveys from 2015 show that our customers are reaping the rewards of this approach, with over 90% reporting that they would recommend us to a loved one.

Based on a survey of more than 1,000 estates that we administered in 2015, customers told us that they valued the fact that we removed the time, effort and stress of dealing with the estate administration process as the most valuable aspect of our service for them.

Our fixed fee guarantee was rated as the second most important factor for customers when choosing our services.  More than 67% of clients said that the peace of mind of knowing that the fee for our service wouldn't change gave them the confidence of knowing that there would be no nasty surprises later in the process.

The third most highly rated aspect of our service was the fact that Kings Court Trust take on all legal and financial responsibility for the distribution of the estate. As an executor, an individual will be held accountable for any miscalculations or innaccuracies in the distribution of the estate.  However, Kings Court Trust remove these potential concerns by taking full responsibility for all aspects of the estate administration process, so that the client doesn't need to worry.

Chief Executive Tom Curran commented; "We have built up a market leading reputation for the quality of our service and it fundamentally underpins everything that we do as a business.  Supporting a family at a difficult time is our primary objective which is why I tell every member of my team to do whatever it takes to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.  Whether that's paying for funeral expenses up front, speaking to a customer every day, or rehoming a family pet, we will do anything in our power to help the family.  It's so rewarding to see that our customers value our efforts to make the estate administration process as straightforward as possible for them."
