Going the extra mile for our customers

At Kings Court Trust, we believe that our customers deserve a dedicated personal estate manager to answer queries and offer advice. Our advisers are the family’s main point of contact throughout the whole process and keep our customers up to date on the progress we are making on their estate. 

One of our personal estate managers, Joe, recently supported an overseas client who has appointed Kings Court Trust to administer a UK estate. Due to being based in mainland Europe, the family were concerned that they were too far away to administer the estate themselves and wanted the peace of mind of knowing that our specialist advisers were undertaking the legal process on their behalf.    

Joe worked closely with the family to ensure that the estate was being administered in a way which suited their needs, while also following their loved one's wishes. He re-directed the deceased’s post to our office so that the family didn’t need to worry about facing a pile of letters every time they checked on the family home, arranged for the property to be insured while they decided whether to sell it, and regularly stayed after office hours to contact the family at a time which suited them.  

All of these actions are just one of the reasons why customers tell us how important our personal estate managers are. They regularly go the extra mile to support families and make the estate administration process easier to cope with.
