Another week and we have found another story regarding malicious behaviour from an individual in relation to inheritance – this time courtesy of the Plymouth Herald. According to the article, a local councillor has been forced to stand down after admitting to defrauding her own brother – who is also disabled – out of his inheritance.

Now this story certainly caught our eye – according to the Leicester Mercury, legal firm Legacy Probate Services have announced that they are to begin offering funerals and will writing services via a popular TV shopping channel based in Peterborough, called Ideal World. The Leicester-based firm will begin offering these services from April this year.

We were quite excited to discover that a number of wills – some from incredibly famous stars, were to be made available online for those interested. Apparently we weren’t the only ones and more than six million people have also used the archive to buy copies of wills in only one month.

An interesting subject seems to be trending at the moment, "silver separators”, this is when older couples are separating much later on in life and are failing to update their wills with their change of circumstance.
