Fair Fixed Fees

We calculate our prices based on how the estate is made up, and what work is likely required. You'll be provided with a fixed fee. It's then in our interests to ensure the work is completed as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

We don't charge as a percentage of the estate value as some providers do. However, based on 2025 data our fees are on average just under 1.3% of estate value.

There are no up-front payments; instead, our fees are taken from the estate once funds have been collected. We're also open and transparent with all third party disbursements, helping you to make an informed choice.
