Kings Court Trust is excited to announce the appointment of Paul Toghill as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from May 2025. Paul will succeed Simon Hancox, who will step down after a transitional period in order to focus on family priorities.
Paul joins the business with an impressive track record of industry leadership, having held senior positions at Dignity Funerals, and several other financial businesses. His experience and strategic vision make him an ideal fit to lead the business through its next phase of growth and transformation.
In his resignation message, Simon Hancox expressed his gratitude to the team, reflecting on the shared experiences that have made his six-year tenure so rewarding. Under his leadership, the business successfully navigated the challenges of COVID-19 and introduced strategic changes that significantly expanded the client base, both directly and through partnership referrals. In December 2024, Kings Court Trust completed a major rebrand, signaling a renewed focus on innovation and customer service.
As the company continues to implement enhancements to operational efficiency, Paul Toghill will lead efforts to further accelerate service delivery and improve visibility of case handling for both clients and partners.
