Probate Fees Increase from 22 April

Posted by Kings Court Trust | 16-Apr-2014 09:00:00

Probate Registry fees are set to rise from 22 April 2014. All Grant applications received from this date onwards will be subject to the new fees.

The cost for Grant applications is increasing by £110, from £45 to £155.

For people making a personal application, the total amount payable will be £215. This breaks down into the new £155 application fee plus the unchanged personal application fee of £60.

Meanwhile, the fee per certified copy grant will reduce from £1 to 50p when requested at the same time as the Grant application.
