Kings Court Trust Becomes ABS

Posted by Kings Court Trust | 13-Aug-2012 09:00:00

Kings Court Trust has today become an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) licensed by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC), who will be regulating probate and estate administration activities.

Tom Curran, CEO of Kings Court Trust, said “Our new ABS status is a significant milestone in the growth of Kings Court Trust.  We see this move as a natural transition for the company and believe the Legal Services Act will continue to be a catalyst for high quality, accessible and customer-focused legal services.”

The Legal Services market is going through a period of significant change.  Changes in regulation and customer expectation provide an opportunity for a more modern, flexible, and customer-centric approach to the provision of legal services.  We fully support these changes as they are very much in keeping with the way we run our business.
